Ripple of One is an upstate nonprofit that helps their clients achieve financial stability. They have recently expanded from Oconee to Greenville and Pickens area and were having difficulty engaging these new counties with their services. In the initial strategy session, it was determined that they were struggling with a lack of awareness in several aspects: programming, volunteer opportunities, and client requirements.
Through a touchpoint audit, we determined that their existing messaging was mostly focused on volunteers and donors, and there was little outward-facing client messaging. We helped them refocus their communication efforts to better highlight the work they are doing. We also refreshed their existing brand identity and logo and created two new taglines that speak to each of their audiences. |
