WE ARE NEW
AuthentiCiTY was formed in January 2023 upon the realization that something was missing from the usual branding process when it came to communities and the nonprofits and committees that serve them. We saw that many organizations had a great logo, but fell short when it came to digging deeper and really developing the messaging, marketing, and promotion strategies that should accompany a new brand to give it meaning and purpose. We rely heavily on our years of experience in corporate branding and marketing, combined with our practical experience as community and economic development directors to create new and effective strategies and processes that are fresh, focused and actionable.
WE ARE ACCESSIBLE
We understand how frustrating it can be to operate with limited human and financial resources. This is why we prioritize partnership and communication with our clients and make sure they know we are available when they need us. We’ve made the conscious decision to stay a small, selective boutique firm that is highly specialized and focused in the work that we do. We take on a limited number of clients whose needs fall under our area of expertise, ensuring that not only do we have the right skills and experience to help our clients, but they can depend on us to be available and give them our full attention. While we believe marketing data and research are vital tools in developing successful brands, nothing helps build trust, engagement, and community buy-in from the outstart better than in-person, intimate conversations with community members, employees, and stakeholders.

Our team leaders have the beneficial insight of working in city and county government and community centered non-profits. Because of this, our firm specializes in providing clients with not only big-picture branding ideas but taking those ideas and breaking them up into actionable, manageable strategies that can be easily incorporated into a work plan and delegated to employees and volunteers.
